This pattern creates a charming dog laying to one side but alert and ready to pounce. With the addition of extra facial features and an alternative tail, it could resemble several breeds. It’s limited only by your imagination. Apart from buying the pattern, you will have most items in your stash but 2mm wire is required for the legs and some scrap cardboard to give them a flat base. The shell is made from scrap fabric, maybe an old sheet which you then stuff with perhaps a surplus cushion or duvet and then patch with scraps of fabric. You could use buttons or covered cardboard for eyes. A real fun make.

Please be advised that I am selling this pattern for PERSONAL AND PRIVATE USE ONLY and is therefore not for commercial gain or reproduction. I am doing this to protect the uniqueness of Digby Scrappy Dog for those who want to make it for themselves or a very special gift in the knowledge that it will not be available for sale on any market or platform.

Happy Scrappy Sewing.
